To support our Supply Chain Management team, we are looking for a
Supply Chain Project Coordinator (m/f/d) Product & Process Support
Part-Time (20h/week) - Limited to 2 years
- Coordination and support of interdisciplinary projects within the Supply Chain department
- Planning and preparation of project meetings, including documentation and follow-ups
- Monitoring of deadlines and milestones across several departments
- Early identification of risks and proactive problem-solving
- Collaboration with international teams and interfaces such as Product Development, Marketing, Graphics and Purchasing
- Creation of bill of materials and assembly instructions
- Preparation of preliminary cost calculations based on quotations
- Support for innovation and process improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Process Innovation Manager
- Commercial or technical education or relevant professional experience
- Strong Excel skills; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Very good written and spoken English and German, at least C1 level
- Structured way of working and ability to manage multiple topics in parallel
- Strong communication skills and a reliable, proactive mindset
- Enjoys working in cross-functional and international teams
